Join us for a presentation on The Cosmic Christ Triptych, Genesis’s beloved contemporary altarpiece, by the designer and artist Br. Michael Moran, C.P. Enjoy the story of conversations with Foundress Sr. Elizabeth Oleksak to commission Br. Michael to paint the panels and transform our chapel into a space that better reflects the thinking of Thomas Berry, C.P. Listen as Br. Michael shares the stories behind the Cosmic Christ Tryptic and describes the imagery on the three panels, and how they serve as powerful aids for prayer and contemplation in sacred spaces.
Br. Michael will guide us through observation and quiet reflection, with tips on how to look at sacred art, and answer any questions about the conception or techniques used throughout the creation of the Triptych.
