This gentle class invites you to explore mindful movement, breathwork, and simple meditation, all grounded in the heart of yoga philosophy.
Each week stands on its own, offering accessible movement (with options for both chair and mat), breathing practices, and reflections on the deeper purpose and roots of yoga. Come as you are—whether it’s your first class or your hundredth. You’ll leave feeling more connected, centered, and supported ✨

Classes are held on an ongoing basis, so you’re welcome to join whenever it fits your schedule.

We’ll be taking a short break on these days, but we’ll return refreshed and ready to flow with you the following week!

    With the 10-class pass, you get the flexibility to join any 10 classes that fit your schedule—Tuesdays or Saturdays, whenever it works for you. There’s no need to commit to consecutive weeks; just drop in when you can and we’ll track your sessions for you!
