Farm-to-Table Luncheon: A Day of Reflection

Join Dr. Robinson for a day to reflect on Beyond Factory Farming from conception to publication, answer questions, and share his own reflections and methods for transforming the routine of eating into a ritual of gratitude and reciprocity.

This time together, sharing a meal, will celebrate new understanding and commitments to a responsible approach to food and how we eat. For those who have completed the (5)-Part Book Study, this Farm-to-Table style luncheon in the Carriage House will showcase favorite recipes that were shared throughout the weeks. Our talented Cook, Jen, will prepare a selection of dishes from the group’s collection, highlighting the ethical and local sources of each ingredient.

Following lunch, take the opportunity to share personal goals and intentions, ask questions, and commit to continuing the ecological conversation and the way we eat.
