Faith & Flowers is a slower, hands-on weekend of art-making, deeper listening, spiritual exploration, and connection. Take respite in the process, reflecting on the parts of yourself that still need tending, finding grace and wholeness in every season of life.

Through sculptural paper florals, mixed-media work, guided prompts, and complementary practices like movement, breathwork, poetry, and quiet reflection, follow the invitation to reconnect with yourself & your identity, your faith or spiritual grounding, and the parts of your life that are still unfolding. Allow yourself the time to explore what continues to grow even when life changes form.

This retreat is creative and contemplative rather than clinical, with space for you to engage at your own comfort level and across different spiritual identities.
