This program invites you into a gentle exploration of the journey of grief and loss, and the sacred practice of companioning those who mourn. Rooted in a contemporary understanding of the grieving flow, it offers insights into how we can be present to others with compassion, humility, and care.

Beginning with a personal life loss review, you will be guided in personal reflection and prayerful inquiry. There will be time to share stories, honor challenges, and deepen awareness. You will also be introduced to simple, supportive practices and invitations that help you walk alongside others in their sorrow with sensitivity and grace.

Whether you serve as a spiritual director, chaplain, pastor, social worker, healthcare professional, caregiver, or volunteer, this program seeks to nurture your capacity to accompany others with empathy, attentive presence, and a trusting heart.
