Miriam Diephouse-McMillan is an ordained PC(USA) minister and Board-Certified Chaplain who works and writes at the intersection of spirituality and mental health.  Her book, Sacred Balance: How Ancient Practices Can Restore Modern Minds explores nine spiritual practices that can enhance mental health.  Miriam has 14 years of experience as a psychiatric hospital chaplain, and she loves exploring big questions of meaning, hope, and connection that shape our faith and well-being.
