In this weekend yoga retreat, you’ll travel through the body’s energy centers (chakras) to create harmony and bring balance into your body and your life. During your chakra journey you’ll tap into ancient yogic wisdom and contemporary yogic practices to understand the body’s energy system. Further, you’ll release blockages and renew your energy. Your heart will heal, your mind will become quiet, and your spirit will soar!

Situated in the foothills of the beautiful Berkshires, the Arboretum of the Genesis Center with its cozy rooms and catered meals provide the perfect setting for a relaxing and restorative weekend.
