Return to the Self

As helping professionals, we hold so much space for our clients and though our role is oftentimes rewarding, we may feel depleted, exhausted, and disconnected from our authentic spiritual essence when we do not pour into ourselves. This can lead to compassion fatigue, burnout, and chronic stress. In a community, we will nurture ourselves and learn various ways to rejuvenate the mind and spirit, through a series of practices such as guided meditation, somatic healing, gentle movement, journaling, reflection, and opportunity for sharing and peer support.
