Restore, Explore, Ignite

A 3-day retreat for women who, through self-care, exploration, and intention, will create what they desire or shift through a stuck point in life. Examples of activities will include a sound healing event and time to create a vision board.
Some of our time will be spent taking part in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). TCTSY was founded by David Emerson and world-renowned trauma researcher and author, Bessel van der Kolk. TCTSY is facilitated in a way where there are a lot of choices and options. Participants can adjust or modify forms at any time for any reason. The way it’s facilitated provides participants the opportunity to tap into a sense of self-empowerment and control which is taken in high-stress trauma situations.
