In the tapestry of life, we all carry threads of pain, some visible, others hidden deep within. Betty Hill Crowson’s transformative 5-day retreat offers a sanctuary for women to explore these threads, unraveling the complexities of grief and loss. This retreat isn’t just about acknowledging pain; it’s about transforming it into strength, wisdom, and renewed purpose.
Many of us are among the walking wounded. Sometimes we know it, especially during times of recent losses. But oftentimes, we don’t. We just know that we feel driven, drained, distracted, or depressed, which are all symptoms of unhealed, unacknowledged, or under-healed pain.
In this five-day retreat, Betty Hill Crowson walks us through the process outlined in her book, “We Don’t Know What We Don’t Know: A Woman’s Guide through Grief and Loss.” Participants are gives concrete and doable steps for recovering from loss in a safe and supportive environment.
Conferences, written exercises, rituals, individual time with the retreat director, small group sharing, music, and even humor are designed to help women examine, uncover, embrace, move, and ultimately transform inner pain into substance and worth.
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, the group size will be limited to 20.
