May 16-21: 5-Day Journey Through Healing

Many of us are among the walking wounded. Sometimes we know it; oftentimes, we don’t. We just know that we feel driven, drained, and/or chronically distracted, all of which are symptoms of unhealed, unacknowledged, or under-healed pain.

In this five-day retreat, Betty Hill Crowson walks us step by step through the process outlined in her newest book, “We Don’t Know What We Don’t Know: A Woman’s Guide through Grief and Loss.”. The retreat provides a safe and supportive, interactive environment for participants to examine, uncover, embrace, move, and ultimately transform inner pain into substance and worth. Through conferences, written exercises, rituals, individual time with the retreat director, small group sharing, music, and even humor, we are given concrete and doable steps for recovering from these inner wounds of ours, both current and past.

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, the group size will be limited to 20. Cost is $635 per person.
