Healing Hearts: Walking with Grief - An Eight-Week Series

Envision a nurturing space where your grief is honored and respected, a place where you can share your journey, led by facilitators who truly listen. In this intimate gathering, you’ll experience kindness and fellowship, empowering you to explore your emotions while embracing the healing power of community.

Enter a safe space of support as you navigate the path of grief and loss. This small group experience offers deep listening, compassion, and camaraderie while encouraging self-care and patience.  It provides the opportunity to share your own grief journey as you hold space and support one another.

Objectives include developing a deeper self-knowledge and willingness to sit with difficult feelings and allowing for the safe expression of grief. Brief teachings and themes are presented each week along with contemplation questions. This series is grounded in solid teaching around grief from well-known grief educators   We follow a companioning model of support and welcome you wherever you are on your grief journey. Sharing within the group or holding silence is a personal choice and is deeply respected.

This 8-week in-person program meets from 10-11:30 on the following Thursdays: 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22
