BioSpiritual Focusing Circle
Open Dates
This monthly virtual Circle offers a spacious, supportive setting to deepen your BioSpiritual Focusing practice in community. Each gathering includes time opportunities to practice, observe, experience, and share/discuss BioSpiritual Focusing with others who are also listening for the movement of Grace within their lives.
BioSpiritual Focusing is a simple, prayerful way of attending to the “felt-sense” in the body—a quiet, inner knowing that can guide you toward greater wholeness, healing, and inner freedom. By pausing and turning toward your bodily wisdom with a caring, compassionate presence, you become more fully present to yourself, to others, and to the Holy, and more aware of the sacred story you carry within. Over time, this embodied way of noticing can deepen your connection with your inner wisdom and open fresh paths of insight, belonging, and hope.
During each Circle, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Observe, experience and learn from sessions of BioSpiritual Focusing and companioning.
- Share reflections, questions, and learnings in a respectful, confidential space.
This program is intended for those who have already been introduced to BioSpiritual Focusing through prior workshops, retreats, or formation programs; previous experience with the practice is required. The Circle is especially suited for those who wish to continue integrating BioSpiritual Focusing into daily life, spiritual direction, or ministry, and who value ongoing practice as a way of nurturing their relationship with the One “in whom we live and move and have our being.”
Join a loving, conscious, healing community for focusing companioning, reflection and discussion — the 3rd Monday of every month from 5:00-6:30 pm.
