A Spiritual Experience of Nature 7/8

Join us at Genesis Spiritual Center on the second and fourth Mondays from June through August. (6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/12 and 8/26)

A mindful outdoor experience offers an opportunity to manage stress and create a reciprocal relationship with the earth. Using present-moment awareness, nature-based meditation, natural movement, and lessons from nature, participants will reawaken their senses to the healing properties of Mother Earth. Through mindful engagement with the more than human world, participants will be more likely to be better stewards of the land and hold space for one another in the community.

Colleen Mollica, a graduate of the Kripalu School of Outdoor Leadership, will share how nature heals, restores, and connects all living things.
